The following testimonials (self attested copies) must be attached along with the filled up application form.
i)Candidates need to download, fill up the Institute admission form and bring it at the time of admission. [DOWNLOAD Admission Form]
ii) Printed application form downloaded from Samarth portal.
iii) 2 passport size photos along with the form
iv) Admit card of HSLC Examination (for verification of age).
v) Mark Sheet of HSSLC and Higher Secondary/ Equivalent Examination.
vi) Pass certificate from the Head of the institute last attended.
vii) Candidates seeking fee waiver scheme should produce latest income certificate from the competent authority as per letter no: AHE-11/300/3024-HIGHER EDU- Higher Education Department no: 490303/2024/9.
viii) A certificate in support of caste from a recognized authority if the candidate does not belong
to general category.
ix) Gap certificate from a Gazetted Officer/competent authority for those candidate who passed
the Higher Secondary/Equivalent Examination in a year other the current year.
x) Proof of extracurricular activities (if any).
