 Then tick on the statement I have rechecked the form and confirm that all the details are correct.

 Submit Form  Then one Reference Number/ID will be generated (Also one mail will be sent to your registered mail ID)

 Then go to www.antiragging.in and click on Get Your Undertaking Documents

 Fill your Reference No. (which is generated and also sent to your mail), Registered Email ID, Registered Mobile Number and Submit.

 Your Anti-ragging Undertaking Documents in pdf format (2 pages) will be automatically downloaded.

 First Page is the ANTIRAGGING AFFIDAVIT BY THE STUDENT and the Second Page is the UNDERTAKING BY PARENT/GUARDIAN.

 Take printout of both the pages and sign these by student and Parent/Guardian before submission.
